A close relative of jackfruit with a rich, custard-like sweetness. Grown in Central Kalimantan and processed within hours of opening, so it keeps the flavour of fresh fruit.
Also available, upstream and raw: grafted cempedak seedlings; fresh fruit for regional air freight.
