Asian Commodities Company grows, processes and exports Indonesian cocoa, spices, coconut, incense, patchouli oil, cempedak and coffee. We begin in our own nurseries and finish with products ready for shelves, kitchens and perfumers. Not just raw material.
From the nursery to the finished product
Upstream, we raise seedlings and support farmers. Downstream is where our business is focused: turning harvests into finished products, so more of their value stays in Indonesia.

Nursery
Seedlings of coffee, cocoa, patchouli, clove, nutmeg, coconut and cempedak, raised for partner farmers.

Farming
Partner farmers grow with agronomy support, good agricultural practice and fair purchase agreements.

Post-harvest
Fermenting, drying, sorting and distilling close to the farm, so quality isn't lost before processing.

Processing
Roasting, grinding, pressing, refining and freezing, where most of the value is created.

Finished product
Packed and labelled for retailers, food makers, cafés and fragrance houses.
We add value where the crop is grown
Exporting raw beans and leaves sends most of the value abroad. We build processing close to the farms, so more of it stays with Indonesian farmers, workers and communities.
Not just raw commodities. Most of what we sell is processed in Indonesia first: roasted coffee, cocoa powder and butter, virgin coconut oil, refined patchouli oil, incense sticks. Raw and semi-processed grades remain available for buyers who need them.
